Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within the timeframe shown below. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time after the order has been handed over to the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Cost
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page when you process your order.
Shipping Destinations
Products shipped from the United States can be delivered within the United States only.
For items shipped from China, delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not available.
All orders to countries outside of the United States will be fulfilled from China.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
